I used Garden Grocer for the first time and the service was exceptional! I had supplies sent to the hotel for my daughter who was on a school trip and it arrived hours before it was suppose to. Everything was waiting for her when she got to the hotel. The website was easy to use and I was informed of the progress every step of the way. This was my first time using Garden Grocer. I was very happy with their service! Ordering was extremely easy, prices were fair, and delivery was timely. I was very impressed with the continual communication regarding my order. There was one small item that was incorrectly delivered, I emailed the office and had a prompt, polite resolution within minutes. The correct item was delivered the very next morning.
