We were so happy to find this service! Our items were delivered before our scheduled time and our resort had them in our room when we arrived! One item was missing, but it was delivered next day after a pleasant phone call. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will use the service on our next visit!

Our groceries were delivered directly to our cabin. The frozen foods were properly placed in the freezer and the deliverer even put some of the bottles of water into the fridge to chill. Awesome service!

Great service - arrived earlier than expected and everything was delivered to our hotel room packaged nicely. Great way to enjoy an early and economical breakfast before getting to the parks in the morning. 36 bottles of water cost the same as three at the park (and you can carry in your own bottles). Would highly recommend to those staying at a Disney hotel!
