Your company went above and beyond. I was arriving in Jan.but the super storm Jonas hit our area. At the very last minute our airport was closed down and all flights were canceled. Our planned trip to Disney was over before it started. We were heart broken all the months of waiting over in a phone call generated by a computer.canceled. Your company understood.and was the first to be very kind and refunded our order.and were very nice .i will again order when I replan our trip and I highly recommend garden grocer to everyone I talk to.so I really can't say how to improve your service when you are the best!

We used this on vacation and it was amazing! The purchases were delivered to the hotel and they were on time. The bread was still in great condition and everything I bought was perfect!! I will use them again for sure and recommend them again and again!

Enhanced our week at Disney with snacks and beverages to supplement our dining plan. Nice to have fresh fruit and snacks in the morning and late at night in the room. Would highly recommend GG to anyone traveling to Disney.

Using this service made my families Disney trip so much more enjoyable. We ate breakfast at our cabin every day, took lunch (sandwiches, apples and chips) to the theme parks and ate supper at our cabin at night. What a money saver!! All the items were at our cabin waiting for us when we arrived. I could not be more pleased!

It was so easy to order food for our stay at Disney. they were diligent and ensured we knew what they were doing st every step - we got a phone call as soon as our order was placed, a text to say it arrived, and another phone call to ensure our order was correct. It was so nice to have groceries waiting for us at the hotel and not have to take time out of our vacation to figure out how to get them. Also, when we were delayed arriving at our hotel for 2 days because of snow, it was very easy to change the delivery date of the groceries.

I have used Garden Grocer in the past several times and will use again! It is so convenient when you are flying in to Disney World and using the Magical Express to be able to have groceries delivered directly to your hotel. This time we ordered some beer so my husband would have one in the evening without paying $7 or more for one! All I had to do was fax/email a copy of my drivers license for Garden Grocer to have on file. Love their service!
