When delivery was complete I received a text along with further follow up. This is an easy and well managed service. I will totally use them again.

This was a great idea !! Arrived at resort and our items ordered, food and drinks were waiting there for us. The resort placed all items in a secure area until we were able to take them to our room.

Using Garden Grocer was perfect for our family trip to WDW, Florida! Just select what you desire, pay online, and the delivery was made to the bell services as promised. Bell services then delivers to your resort room. Fast and easy!

We used Garden Grocer on a recent stay in The Cabins at Fort Wilderness. I found it really easy to order on the website. Staff were friendly and contacted me to confirm my order and then again to confirm delivery. We arrived at our accommodation to find all the groceries delivered and refrigerated/frozen goods were all put away. Everything was as ordered. A great service and one I would definitely recommend when staying in a Disney resort!!

Garden Grocer made our trip to Disney so much better and convenient! Everything was delivered a day before our arrival, labeled cold and room temp., and left securely with our concierge and refrigerated. Being able to conveniently order wine and beer saved us a lot of hassle (and money), too! A day before delivery I changed my mind on an item and I was replied to quickly and effectively. Will use them every time we visit and will reccomend to all friends. Thanks, GG!

It was our first time using Garden Grocer for our trip to Disney, and let me tell ya, WOW! After placing my order, I received a friendly phone call confirming my order. When I arrived to my hotel, my order was already in my room. They helped take a lot of stress off my trip, as we didn't have a car to go shopping our selves for essentials that are hard to fly with. Garden Grocer made our arrival to Fort Wilderness less stressful--our groceries were waiting and we could just stock up the refrigerator and pantry. Order was filled correctly and available when they said it would be. Great communication throughout.

So impressed with Gardengrocer.com! I discovered this service on a Disney plannign website and thought this would be a great way to handle Disney on a budget. Ordering was so easy. The best part was getting a text while on the Magical Express on our way to the resort that said our groceries had been delivered and were awaiting our arrival. Seamless transaction, perfect timing! I have already recommended this service to friends and will continue to recommend in the future! Thanks for making this mama's vacation a little bit easier.

Everything is excellent. The groceries were sorted in separate bags which needed refrigeration and delivered on time. Also a text message was received when the groceries were delivered to Bay Lake Tower. Thanks for the great service!

We received everything we ordered. It was at the hotel when we arrived. We received phone calls and emails letting us know of our delivery and a number to call if we experienced problems. It was an excellent service! I would definitely use again and recommend to friends!

This was my first time to use this service. As six of us would be staying a week at the resort, we wanted to have breakfast items available in the room, for a quick start to get out and on the bus. Also, we were flying in so I couldn't pack things like juice, yogurts, cheese, and bananas. Communications from Garden Grocer informed me when items were delivered, and there were no complications. I will definitely use this service in the future.

This is an excellent way to augment a meal plan and stretch your budget. Bottled water is a must have if you aren't used to sulpha water. Everything was here when I arrived.

This was our first time using your service for our WDW family vacation. It was wonderful to have an actual phone # to use when I couldn't find an answer to my question under FAQ. We also called to verify when to add our additional items. Your (phone staff) was very friendly and helpful each time.
