After several DVC vacations, this is the first time I took advantage of the kitchen in the suite. It is better then the meal plan which I've used in every past vacation. Garden Grocery made the transition for us easy. Super customer support. Kept me informed as my order progressed including follow-up after delivery to DVC Bay Lake Towers. My order was complete and all items were fresh.

Took awhile to adapt to search methods on the website but I did find everything I needed. I ordered the week of my arrival which posed no issues for them. I would suggest ordering well in advance to take advantage of discounts.

Used twice during our stay at the AK in Disney- our first our was missing all of our refrigeratored items. Our front desk and garden grocer had no explanation on where these items went. GG had fixed the issue by having a new order sent out within 2 hours of us calling them. Used them again a few days later and this time had no issues. We would use them again.

We recently (1/2017) used Garden Grocer for first time delivery to Boardwalk Villas and it couldn't have worked out more perfect. We literally checked in, received Garden Grocer text that our food was delivered, told Bell services and they walked the food up to our room with us. All products were included and in good shape and their customer service called within the half hour double checking we were all set. We have two little ones who love yogurt, cereal, crackers and cheese. None of these items I saw at park. Ordering from them was one of the best things we did!!!!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Garden Grocer. The website was easy to navigate and when you finish checking out the work for you is done. I got a call soon after my order was placed to follow-up and make sure everything was as I wanted. They delivered to our resort and it was brought within the promised time slot. I was given another call to say it had been delivered. The products we received were fresh, carefully packaged and nothing was missing. It couldn't have been easier!! Thank you Garden Grocer!

My first time ordering from Garden Grocer and no bumps! I ordered almost a month out then a couple of days before my trip remembered I forgot sunscreen. Went online and added it with no problem. Not only did I get an email confirmation that my groceries were delivered to my resort but I received a personal phone call. Service was A+. I intend to use them again for my next trip.

We were staying for a week at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside and ordered grocery delivery of the essentials for our room. It was perfect!! We saved a ton of money and time eating breakfast in our room each morning before heading out. I will definitely use this service every time I visit Disney!

Great service. I ordered a few weeks before my trip to Walt Disney World and I asked the delivery at the hotel All-Stars Movies. It was done the day and hour I asked. In my order, I had fruits plate... they were very fresh!

What an awesome service! I was able to shop from my couch and get all the items I would've chosen at the grocery store without having to rent a car or take a cab. I got a text at 2pm while were still at the airport in Milwaukee that our order was delivered to our resort. When we arrived at our room at Art of Animation around 8pm, bell services had already delivered everything! All our refrigerated items were unpacked in our fridge and everything else was on the counter waiting for us. The convenience of having everything already there and waiting for us after a long day of travel was soooooo worth it! We were so pleased with Garden Grocer and will not hesitate to use their services again!
