Customer service was great. They called to go over the order within 24 hours after us placing it. And later called because they wanted to make sure that we had not made a mistake in what we ordered. (we were ordering food for 2 rooms but the information we provided was the primary room) They kept us updated on the status of the order and also advised us when it arrived at our Disney resort.

I was weary going through this website since I have never used it, but with traveling to Florida from KY and not having a car to go out shopping I wanted to try something. Let me just say that from here on out, any time we travel back to Disney, I WILL be going through garden grocer. It was so nice to know that the things I needed would be ready and waiting for me when I needed them and I didn't have anything to worry about. Really loved this service and will definitely be a repeat customer!

We've used this grocery delivery service for our last 5 trips to Orlando. Shortly after placing the order online someone from the store always calls to confirm. They send a text to confirm delivery and we've never had an error with our orders. Great service especially traveling with children so you don't have to pack a ton of snacks, drinks, diapers, etc.

Garden Grocer provided excellent service for our recent trip to Disney World. When I ordered I was promptly phoned to confirm my order. When we arrived at our destination our groceries were there. One of our items was the wrong quantity, I phoned Garden Grocer and the replacement was quickly brought to us. I highly recommend this service!
