We were staying at a resort in Florida on vacation. Although we got an Email from Garden Grocer when our order was delivered. We called our hotel's Bell Service and was told it never arrived. We called Garden Grocer back and explained the problem. The nice woman who actually delivered our order earlier in the day called Bell Service herself, straightened out the problem, and our order was delivered to our room in 15 minutes. Garden Grocer goes far beyond to ensure fantastic customer service! Everything was exactly as we ordered. We will definitely be using them again!

We can depend on Garden Grocers wide variety of groceries to fill all the special dietary needs We have allergies ranging from gluten, soy , corn, nut, peanuts and dairy GG saves us precious vacation time not renting a car and going to multiple stores to find what they will bring to our resort. When visiting Disney we will always call GG 4 weeks in advance Thank you Garden Grocer

Very easy website to shop for needed supplies. Staff was informative about my cold items since I was arriving in Orlando late at night. Garden Grocer made our trip with our grand-children easy by having healthy snacks for them to eat when we return to our hotel tired and hungry from a long day at Disney World.

When we were in Disney world, looking for a grocery store was very hard to do plus no one was willing to give you information. After finding garden grocer online was great, the prices are grocery store prices ( much better then what you find at any resort store). We stayed off of the Disney site, which meant we could have these groceries delivered to us! The food was good quality too. Thank you

We were visiting Disney World and our Off to Neverland planner told us about the service. We ordered items ahead to have available in our room. The items were delivered when promised, the order was correct and it was wonderful not having to haul snacks and beverages with us for the week!

Such a wonderful service! The whole transaction went very smoothly and was well worth the price. I appreciated the prompt and personal service we received. It all went without a hitch! We bragged on you to some other guests we met at Walt Disney World. Now if only you serviced our home area as well ... oh well, I guess it is back to the grocery store lines for me now that vacation is over.

Great, friendly service. We were missing 2 items (likely misplaced bag somewhere) which was promptly investigated and replaced. All fruit was perfect, not too ripe and not too green. Better than I do myself!
