I remember reading all the reviews about this place before our vacation. I read nothing but great comments and didn't see any negatives. Red flag I thought!! Nope this place is simply amazing. Working with Garden Grocer was overall a vey good experience! Our items were delivered to our Disney hotel prior to the our time allotment. We did have a small issue where we received 2 incorrect items--it wasn't easy to work with the Disney hotel to ensure that we exchanged the two items but Garden Grocer showed a lot of follow-up and commitment to ensuring that we received the proper items and in the end we did--so thank you for your follow-up and customer service!

Very convenient! Great customer service. Great selection of groceries. Delivered on time. We were able to get everything we needed, from organic milk and yogurt for the baby, to beer for PopPop to have in our hotel room! Haha! Great service. Will definitely use again on future vacations.

This was the second time we used this service at a Disney hotel. There were some bananas missing from our order. I contacted the company and the missing items were sent promptly in the next day's shipment to the hotel. I was initially worried that this may present a hassle and was very relieved to see it did not. I highly recommend this company. Especially useful if you are travelling with young children who require diapers, baby food, etc.
