Having to deal with the Bell hop service at the resort was not a pleaseant one due to the fact my name was not on the reservation so they didn't know I was the one to be notified of the delivery. It was a mess and the resort did try to fix the issues we encountered but it was still a hassle. The ease of ordering was good and the choices were good too.

We were able to eat breakfast and supper at our resort during our Disney vacation thanks to Garden Grocer. That way we only ate at a restaurant for lunch while we were at the parks, and that was just right for us. It was also nice to have diapers delivered to us because we like to pack light and do laundry in our unit. We didn't need to check any luggage!

My products were delivered fresh, on time, and carefully bagged. I ordered milk, water, yogurt, fruit and vegetable snacks. I also placed an order using the "request an Item" option because I wanted a particular yogurt. GardenGrocer.com had the brand listed, but not the flavor I wanted. Unfortunately, that product was never delivered even though I was informed that they found it and would deliver it. I found the site easy to navigate; I placed a separate/second order, and they were able to synch it to the original.

Excellent customer service and prices! I stayed on Disney property and placed my order 2 days before my arrival. My delivery was on time and ready for me at the hotel when I checked in. Garden Grocer was perfect for having fresh fruit, snacks, dairy and even beer delivered to our hotel!

It was very easy to select the foods I needed on line, prior to my vacation at Disney World . Everything was waiting for me at Bell Services when I arrived. I would highly recommend Garden Grocer if you are trying to keep food costs at Disney World to a minimum. We got to eat our breakfast in our villa saving time and money. Also we could take snacks with us into the parks and did not have to spend money on them, saving us money because snacks in the park are expensive. I would definitely do this again when visiting Disney World. Everything we purchased from Garden Grocer was fresh and of high quality.

Garden Grocer did a great job having everything I ordered delivered to my hotel on time, as promised. They even went above and beyond to help me when the fridge in the room malfunctioned and we had to place a last minute order to replace the lost items.

This was our first time using your service for groceries. We have always complained about not being able to get to the store easily without renting a car while at Disney World.
