A friend referred us to GG. We placed our order online & the food was delivered to our hotel while we were at one of the parks in the Orlando area. All of the fruit tasted great. We used this to pack small lunches to take to the parks with us. It was a great way of saving money & having healthier food than buying something out to eat. Their phone services was friendly and prompt as well!

A friend of mine told me they ordered groceries to be delivered to their room when they went to Disney in 2014. I thought it was a brilliant idea so I decided to give it a try. I was able to order bottle water, milk, fresh fruit, snacks, juice boxes, and even diapers. Having options in the room kept us away from daily trips to the soda machine and the bakery at our hotel. It was so easy to order, the prices of the groceries and the delivery charge were very reasonable. I accidently ordered 2, 32 packs of bottled water, knowing there was no way we would go through 64 bottles of water I called Garden Grover to see if they would take one back. I really thought the answer would be no, but when I told them it was water and that the package was unopened, they told me that I would be able to return one case! Everyone I communicated either over phone or through email was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Customer service was outstanding. Flight was cancelled last minute due to snow and groceries were already delivered. The staff quickly and gladly picked up my groceries and re-delivered them when our flight finally was rescheduled. This truly made our bad situation a lot easier to swallow. When we finally did arrive, groceries were perfect and well packed. We will ALWAYS use garden grocer and highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for being so helpful, understanding, and kind!

This was my families first time using the Garden Grocer services and we will definitely be using the Garden Grocer on my next trip to Disney. The choice of items was excellent, the product brands that we use at home were available making selection very easy. It was nice to see a lot of healthy choices available. Eventhough my family eats organic there was still a good variety of the staples we wanted to have on hand in our hotel & snacks for quick grab. I also appreciated getting a discount for ordering 30 days in advance. Another family we traveled with only ordered a week out & still received a discount.

So we stayed for 7 nights at a Disney Resort in a 1 bedroom Suite. When we arrived to the resort the groceries were already at bell services in the fridge and freezer. I had the bell service deliver the groceries to the room (couple bucks for a tip), and we put them in the fridge and freezer. I was struggling on whether or not to get a car just to make a grocery run because we eat much healthier and save so much money versus eating every meal at the hotel or in the theme parks. We LOVED the service, it was exactly as promised. None of the frozen food was thawed, none of the fruit was bruised or rotten. Great service, will use again for sure next trip to Disney!
