It was great to have a case of water and a few other items delivered to hotel. Upon check in went by bell services and had groceries sent up to the room. Overall good option when you aren't driving or don't have a car available. The personal contact and emails were excellent. The produce was fine. We didn't get the exact type of item that we ordered and the substituted item was not one that our family liked. They should have let us know they were out And the grapes were just bad. But over good produce and will use them again
