This was a great service for our family trip to Disney. Since we didn't have a car it was much easier to order what we wanted and have it delivered to our resort. We had a small issue with not receiving everything we ordered initially but with one phone call the issue was resolved and we lost no time enjoying our vacation. I have recommended this service to our travel agent so she can pass this option on to others who wish to do the same thing.

Excellent service! They delivered when they said they would . Bell hop misplaced 1 bag and not knowing this I contacted GardenGrocer customer service and they sent the 4 items out right away. No questions asked. Next time I will double check with my bell hop first. If you need groceries while in Disney World this is the service to use!!

Easy ordering process. Called to confirm my order. Everything was at our resort with bell services when we arrived! Absolutely I would use Garden Grocer again! We definitely saved some money with this service!

A bag of groceries was missing from our order (which happens, people make mistakes, no big deal), even though it was a Sunday I was still able to reach an associate who helped me very promptly. The person on the phone was polite, understanding and acted quickly to resolve my problem. Within 2 hours of my phone call the missing groceries were delivered to my hotel door. Despite a minor packaging issue with some of our items I've never had any problems with Garden Grocer and would recommend it to any traveler looking for such a service.

Used GardenGrocer for our Disney Orlando vacation. Easy ordering and great customer service.

All products had long dates (unlike some grocers who use Internet orders to get rid of almost out-of-date stock) and great customer service. Not only keeping us in the loop regarding when and where the tems were delivered, but in our case reaching out to double-check we had not accidentally over ordered an item (again other grocers may have just filled the order without bothering to check)

Overall am excellent experience!

I loved, loved, loved Garden Grocer. The website was easy to use and the customer service was excellent. I received personal phone calls after I placed my order and then when my order had been delivered. They seemed eager to please and correct anything that might be wrong. It was so nice to have groceries waiting for us after a long plane trip and arriving late. I would definitely use this service again.

This was the best decision we made. How easy to show up to the hotel and have all your groceries for the week waiting for you. We saved so much money by not having to buy breakfast, snacks, and water at the parks for the whole week were there. Will use again!
