We used Garden Grocer's service for all our baby needs on our trip to Disney World. When we arrived all of our order was in our hotel room waiting for us! The groceries, the convenience and the service we received were absolutely wonderful! The young man that delivered our groceries even put them in the fridge for me while I checked off the list. So you don't have to rent a car just to run to the grocery store or if you just want to relax and don't want to waste precious holiday time! The added bonus of being able to order the beer and wine was fantastic too! As seniors it's great not to have to haul all of that heavy stuff from the car either.

My Garden Grocer was above and beyond what I expected. Not only was the website easy to navigate, their customer service was outstanding. When I placed my order, I found they had the option to add gratuity which was very nice since I wasn't going to personally be present to receive my items. After I placed my order, within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from a Garden Grocer representative confirming my order, not just the standard email. That's what I call great customer service! The personal interaction definitely stands out in my book. And lastly, they not only texted me to confirm when my order arrived to my hotel but they called me (again, another live representative) to confirm the drop off as well. I will be recommending their service/store to all of my friends and will always use them in the future. Thank you for a wonderful customer experience!

Garden Grocer is great! I ordered about $500 of groceries to feed a family of five healthy food for a week at Disney and it was perfect. The food was delivered on time and everything that I ordered arrived as promised. The fruit and veggies were all top quality. The ice cream was frozen hard when it arrived. This company is very organized and delivers what it promises! I would recommend Garden Grocer to anyone who wants to have good food fixed "at home" while visiting Disney.

I would recommend to peers, though I think the next time we visit Orlando we may not use the service again ourselves. It was certainly convenient, and the food selection was good, but the cost was pretty high especially once delivery is added. I realize there are not a lot of other grocery options if you are coming to Disney (as we did) and do not have a car to go out and get groceries, so I respect that, but we will probably pack our own food or make other arrangements in the future.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by The Garden Grocer. There is a wide variety of products and my order was delivered on time to the hotel on the Disney resort where we stayed. Such a convenient service to have and we will definitely be using Garden Grocer for future trips to Disney World. It was so nice to be able to get up and have breakfast in our room and relax before a busy day at the parks. We also ordered drinks and snacks to be able to take into the parks which saved us a lot of time and money.

Garden Grocer was everything you could want from a service like this-- organized, timely, cost-effective, courteous, and thorough. After placing the order online we didn't have to do anything at all-- we received appropriate text updates when our order was delivered (even though we weren't present when it arrived at the hotel), the order was packaged thoughtfully and perishables were kept refrigerated. The friendly follow-up to make sure everything went smoothly was also appreciated. Having the hotel room fully stocked upon arrival with breakfast options, snacks, baby essentials, and wine made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Would highly recommend using Garden Grocer!

My one tip would be to BOOK EARLY. I started browsing 3 months out, but forgot to order until a week before our trip and there was only ONE delivery date left. We still got our stuff, but it was on day 3 of 8!

We checked into the Cabana Bay Beach Resort at about 12:30. As we arrived, I saw the delivery man with our groceries. Even though our time slot was from 12 to 2 pm, we were able to take the groceries right away to our hotel room with our luggage. Everything was packaged nicely and was easy to transport. Love garden grocer!

We really appreciated having Garden Grocer's services during our recent trip to WDW. We stayed at a WDW resort, but we knew there would be some extra items (case of water, milk, cereal, juice, snacks, antibacterial wipes) we would want to have in our room that would have been difficult, if not impossible, to fly with. It was very easy to use the website to place our order and Garden Grocer followed up with us in multiple communications (email and VM) to let us know our order had been received, was being processed, and when it had arrived at our resort. It arrived right on time and contained all of the items we had ordered. We will definitely be using Garden Grocer for our next WDW trip!
