Finding Garden Grocer was a dream come true. The website is very easy to use. The customer service was OUTSTANDING -- I received a phone call after ordering to confirm, a text message when the groceries were delivered to the hotel, a phone call once they were delivered to our room and the cold foods were packaged separately so the hotel could store properly. I found the pricing to be very fair -- certainly cheaper than the small convenience stores at the hotels.

It was so convenient to have some of my daughters favorites right in the room. We were also able to pack a lunch to bring to the parks with us so we knew she would have something she liked to eat. I would highly recommend Garden Grocer!

Appreciated the personal phone call after I placed my order. Email confirmations and texts were perfect since we were en route to the hotel when our items were delivered. Great way to have snacks and essentials ready and waiting for you when arriving at your hotel! Worth it to plan ahead and order 60 days in advance.

The fruit was wonderful, big juicy seedless grapes and bananas just like I would have chosen.there was slight error in order which was immediately corrected and a follow up call to me to make sure of our satisfaction. I definitely would use service again

So convenient and easy. Most of my party arrived late and it was great to get the text so I could let the portion of my party that was already there know that the groceries were there and ready to be picked up. Loved that I got a discount for ordering early.

This was the first time we used Garden Grocer. In the past, we had a car and made a stop before arriving, however, this time we used Magical Express. We're traveling with a 15 month old and needed fresh dairy (milk, cheese, eggs, etc) for her and everyone else for breakfasts. This was great. The selection is extension; the service is fabulous. We will definitely use this service again and I would recommend to anyone who wants/needs things at their resort.

Overall great experience! The website was easy to use (it was even easy to modify the original order), good variety, follow-up after the order was placed, received confirmation after the order was delivered. The quality of the food received was good. (Nothing with past or near expiration dates, nice produce selected.) I was quite pleased with the service, and will use again.

We will definitely use Garden Grocer again! Ordering was easy, there was a good selection of products on the site, and my order was received during the given time frame. It was so nice not wasting vacation time on buying groceries and not having to head out for breakfast items before hitting the parks.
