The Garden Grocer website was easy to navigate and simple to use. The customer service was impressive, as I was able to speak to live agents immediately when I called with a question. In addition, the live chat was helpful as well. We just returned from a trip to Disney, where my groceries were waiting at my resort upon my arrival. Everything I ordered was included in the package and all the food was fresh. I would certainly order from Garden Grocer in the future.

Sure glad we found out about this service as it was perfect for the kind of accomodation we had at disney...full kitchen and not really close to any on site restaurants...plus every time we got back it was beyond hours that any food service was open. Prices were reasonable and service charge totally acceptable, will definitely use again.

I'm so happy we found Garden Grocer! Traveling with two very young children they made packing a breeze! Prices were comparable to other grocery stores and customer service was amazing! I also liked how they sent an alert to notify you of the delivery. I've already recommended them to other families planning a trip to Disney!

First off we are located in Regina Canada and are very real users of Garden Grocer.
Service was above and beyond. We were recommended Garden Grocer from a friend and we're a little sceptical but took a chance. We were glad we did as this was a great time saver for us. All items were delivered as promised. Fruit and veggies were fresh and not damaged. Sure you pay a little more than standard prices but factor in your time after getting to your hotel after a long flight, renting a car finding a grocery store, kids wanting to do something other than shop for food, I could go on and the convience of their service far outweighs the minimal cost. The transaction online was painless. They even called us to confirm our order. After delivery they also called to confirm order received and if anything was wrong. Excellent service all the way around anyone we talked to we told them about garden grocer and the service we received. We are planning to go back to orlando next year and will be using Garden Grocer again.

I was traveling with my husband and four grandchildren for a week at Disney World. We arrived late, so it was really great to be able to receive our groceries and not have to go back out to get them. By ordering my drinks and snacks ahead of time we were able to save money at the parks each time the kids needed a drink or snack. I would recommend to anyone traveling with small children to buy from Garden Grocer before leaving home. The prices maybe a little more then the grocery store, but saves the time and hassle of taking the kids to the store. Also by having it on hand you can freeze the drinks so they can still be cold when needed.

Super easy to place an order, very accommodating for additions, great communication! No sooner had we placed our order someone was phoning our home to confirm they received it and wanted to know if we had any further questions. Received a text as soon as our plane landed that the items had been delivered hours before we anticipated and were being stored appropriately for us. Follow up email confirming we got everything and were happy. It was the best experience ever! Worry free shopping and allowed us to get on with our vacation with healthy snacks and bottled water to take with us to the parks. Will definitely use again!!
