I went down to the front desk of my resort to see if my Garden Grocer deliver came, and they said it wasn't there. I went back to my room, and there it was sitting on the floor of the kitchen area in brown paper bags. At first I was upset because I thought they left all the cold food and dry goods on the floor, and I had no idea how long it was sitting there. Then I realized that the food that was on the floor was only the dry stuff, and the cold items they stuck in my fridge for me. It was nice to see that they took good care of me.

LOVE Garden Grocer. Not only did it save me stress, time and money, but the customer service reps and delivery guy were fantastic at communicating with me and making sure everything was the way I needed it. When an issue arrived with my room, they quickly helped me take care of it since I was still on the road. I will using Garden Grocer for all my Central Florida travel groceries from now on!

Delivery was made much earlier than time slot of 5 pm. We ordered very close to trip so expected a late delivery and everything was waiting for of at the bell hop by 2:00pm. Bell hop put groceries in their large refrigerated. Excellent service by Garden Grocer and Disney. Everything was perfect even fresh baked goods! Definitely ordering from them again. Much cheaper to get beer and wine in room delivered through this service along with snacks!

Our food was easy to order, arrived on time, we were given a courtesy text to let us know it was at our resort. We could order beer and wine, which was a plus for us! We will for sure use them again in the future & we've already recommended them to our friends.

Garden Grocer will always be my go to grocery service when we visit the Orlando area. After multiple times we have never had an issue. Groceries are always delivered on time, with a courteous text to let me know they are with Bell Services at my convenience, orders are always correct. Most importantly, they are always packaged with care, crushable items are always placed carefully away from any items that could ruin them. Cold items stick together and everything is labeled with my name and number of bags I have. They have also gone out of their way to provide items not carried on the site, so that I don't have to worry about making a stop en route to my resort. My vacation starts the second I land in Orlando thanks to Garden Grocer. We recommend you to anyone we know that is heading to Florida and will continue to do so! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely amazing! I wish they had this where I live. I went online a month before my vacation and ordered what I needed. The delivery guy arrived literally the exact time that I had requested (they pulled up right behind us as we were arriving) and carried everything upstairs into our condo. It was awesome!! Who wants to go grocery shopping on vacation, especially after a long day of flying and driving. Everything was perfect, as it was the first time we used your service, and we will continue to use you every time we are in the area.

We used Garden Grocer for the first time for our recent trip to Disney. We are so pleased with the service and I highly recommend them to everyone now. I am gluten free and they have many gluten free items and regular grocery items to choose from. I was so relieved. The ordering process was so easy and they even allowed me to easily go back online and add some items that I had forgotten to add to my order. Our order was delivered ahead of schedule and the bell services at Disney's Art of Animation put our cold items in the fridge until our arrival and delivered all of our items to our room. We didn't have to be there for the delivery and received a text that our items were delivered. Don't forget to add a tip when you order your items online. It is definitely worth it.
