I Love using Garden Grocer when in Walt Disney World, as we typically fly and use Disney Transportation the length of our trip, therefore not having access to get to a store. I like to order 2 cases of water bottles, milk, and quick breakfast items to have in the room. Every order I have placed has been delivered with absolutely no problems, and the resort staff at Disney has always delivered it to my room. What a treat!!!

Ordering and receiving groceries was easy. But for me the clincher was when I had some changes and issues, I called them directly to speak with them. The service was friendly, helpful, and extremely easy to use. I will definitely use them again!

Awesome customer service. Delivery was on time and accurate. I received a text message and a phone call before and after order was delivered. All groceries were put away by the delivery driver in the fridge/ freezer etc. Couldnt ask for better service, certainly made our vacation easier. Will definitely use Garden Grocer again on any future trips to Florida:)

I was disappointed that our order did not arrive at our hotel on the scheduled date. Upon calling Garden Grocer, I learned that my order was still in my "cart"; for some reason my order did not go through. The representative was very helpful and was able to expedite delivery. I would recommend them to anyone!

I appreciated the chance to get this food, prices were reasonable for the service. There was a small glitch, they did not deliver the cold food at the same time and we had to adjust our park time that first evening to receive it since we needed it for breakfast the next day.

The groceries were delivered to bell services, making delivery even more convenient. The delivery driver, Jason, was very courteous and understanding on the phone while making the delivery. I placed the order from Massachusetts to be delivered to my sister in Florida as a surprise and ran into some directions/pick up time conflict. Jason was very patient and a pleasure to work with. Ordering was a breeze, as well. I will definitely use this service again.
