This was the first time that I used this service and the process was flawless! I got a call to verify my order, and a text, email and a call to let me know that it was delivered. It was stored at the resort for me until my room was ready, and then was brought up by the bellman. I was very impressed with the whole process, and will be using you again in the future. I have already recommended Garden Grocer to friends traveling to WDW.

As a Travel Agent I have sent many of my customers to the garden grocer website. This was the first time I was able to experience it for myself and I was extremely happy with the navigation of the website and the customer service as I had to change something the week prior and they told me to cancel the item and then I went into my existing order to add a few items. I have heard in the past that people wait for their refund and I am very happy to say that it was credited to my cc within a week. I think the delivery was great and arrived at my resort when I asked and everything was correct. I would absolutely use garden grocer again and I will continue to refer my clients to garden grocer. I was so glad to be able to experience them first hand and now I can truly tell my clients how completely satisfied I was with garden grocer.

The online ordering and delivery service to Disney resorts was fabulous. It was easy to use and so nice to arrive to our groceries in our room! Since we had an infant and toddler, snacks and refrigerated foods were a must and the delivery fee was far cheaper than paying for another bag on our flight! I highly reccomens Garden Grocer!

I placed my order on-line with ease and confirmation was given as stated on website. All groceries ordered were delivered as promised and text message sent to notify of delivery as well as a personalized (non-automated) phone call. Great service all items were delivered as if I went shopping for them myself. Highly recommend this service and would use again without hesitation. Small delivery fee worth the ease of convenience.

Great grocery service! My husband and I & our 3 month old son stayed at a Walt disney world Resort hotel for 10 days. We decided to order groceries for our stay so we weren't eating out every day and spending tons of money on food. We saved lots of money ordering groceries through garden grocer. They are a very friendly service and easy to work with. One of our bags of groceries got lost in the drop off at our resort so we contacted them and they stated they had been delivered but since they had been miss placed they would re-deliver those items at no cost to us. I would recommend this service to anyone staying at walt disney world and we will use it again the next time we go!

Awesome service. Ordered on line a few weeks before my Walt Disney World Resort vacation and upon checking our order was delivered to our room within 30 minutes. Our order was correct and the dairy products had been kept cold. This made our stay enjoyable with the use of our kitchenette. I would recommend this service to any family stay for a period of time at a Disney resort.
