Excellent service. I suddenly had to change my travel dates and emailed GardenGrocer, they changed the date of delivery with no problems. When I arrived at my Disney resort they took my luggage and a few minutes later I see my luggage pass with my two packs of water bottles, gatorades, and 5 brown bags. Milk and yogurts had been refrigerated. Excellent service to use when staying on Disney resorts. Will recommended to anyone

Our experience with Garden Grocer was excellent. From the moment I submitted our order, we received a confirmation email AND pleasant telephone call, which was very reassuring. We also received and email confirmation that delivery was made. All of the products that we ordered were in great shape, including ripe, ready to eat fruit and veggies. My husband especially liked the ability to order his Florida favorite Jai Alai beer! The bell hops at our WDW hotel had the food in our room and fridge when we arrived. The use of Garden Grocer allowed us to save money and time. We will be using Garden Grocer again in the future.

Excellent service. As a first time visitor to Florida from the UK with no car, I was unsure how to get a food shop but garden grocer were recommended. I had a phone call within minutes of placing my order which was very reassuring as this was done months before my arrival. I even had a call to double check the amount of water I had ordered as I had made a mistake. My order was waiting for me at bell services when we arrived. Will definitely use garden grocer on my next visit!

I received an email confirmation immediately after placing my order. The email even had a direct contact number from the person who would be overseeing my order. I also received a phone call to confirm everything. Plus, I received a text as soon as my order was delivered to my resort. Excellent customer service!

We kept breakfast, drink, and snack items in our room during our stay at Disney. It was very handy to start the day off without spending restaurant prices. It was also nice to have iced tea, popcorn, and chips on hand in the evenings. The water bottles were a lifesaver in the July weather! Customer service was excellent, and I couldn't recommend Garden Grocer enough. Thank you!

Everything was great. I can't say one bad thing about using this service, honestly. Not only was this a convenient service, but it was easy to navigate the app, was very thorough in explaining the quantities, serving sizes, etc. Also, the prices are very reasonable, pretty much the same as you'd find at the grocery store. I will absolutely use this again when I visit Disney and will recommend this to anyone and everyone I know that is going to Disney.

I was very surprised how easy it was to order drinks and snacks for our Disney trip from the website. It helped not having to bring down snacks and drinks for a whole week. The 30 day discount was also very helpful to keep the cost down. Totally amazing service provided by Garden Grocer. So easy to use the web sire, all my items were delivered on time and Disney stored the items which needed to be in the fridge. I just phoned bell services when arrived and the groceries were brought straight to our room. Fantastic service and will use Garden Grocer again next year. Wish I had heard of them ages ago !
