We used Garden Grocer on our recent trip to Walt Disney World. Their website & the process of placing the order was very easy; they have a wide range of products that you can purchase, making life at Disney World with or without kids much easier & economic. Immediately after placing my order, we got an email & phone call to confirm it.

Our delivery came to us at the resort on schedule. However, there were one or two items missing, necessitating a few follow-up calls. The customer service agents were very courteous & responsive. They were able to resolve the issue promptly & we had all of our items by the end of the day.

Given the dietary choices & prices at Walt Disney World, Garden Grocer really helped with planning breakfasts, lunches & snacks. We were able to avoid the time-crushing lines during meal times, enjoy a quiet picnic style meal, have snacks available handily when patience was running thin, & save a lot of money. This allowed us to enjoy dinner in the parks or resorts.

This is a wonderful service & should definitely be considered on a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort.

I thought the follow up phone calls and emails on my order was great customer service and added a personal touch. Also, at the All Star Sports Resort, Che bell hops delivered the cold food to the room and put it in the refrigerator. The food delivered was exactly as ordered.

I was skeptical about ordering but I saw many recommendations so I decided to give a try. I was very pleasantly surprised. The prices were not unreasonable. Of course things were more expensive that at my local market, but not astronomical. The delivery fee is reasonable. They delivered when they said, no mistakes were made, and they communicated well with me! I will definitely order again during this stay and in future stays!

There is no other grocery like Garden Grocer! My family and I received all our groceries from refrigerated things to shelf items to fresh fruits right to our resort! We didn't have to take time away from our vacation or try to pack all kinds of things in our luggage to keep with some of our food and snack favorites from home. The prices were the same as if I went to the store myself! An excellent service for any family!

We received all of our order on time and the Oder was correct. Our hotel was very cooperative with delivering our order and keep the refridgerated items cold . I would use garden grocer again and I have already referred a friend to use it for their trip in February .

Absolutely loved the Stouffers lasagna! Everything was delivered on time and food was fresh even the lettuce! Notifications came by email and voicemail!

This was fantastic! The site is very easy to use - especially with pictures to help you select the products you want. Then, I received a phone call to confirm my order and tell me how it would work at the resort and let me know that my particular resort would be able to keep my refrigerated items cold until I arrived. Once they were delivered, I received a text message to let me know they had arrived as well as a follow-up phone call to make sure I had indeed received them and that everything was fine! Heck - they even made sure that our chocolate donuts were in with the "refrigerator" items so they wouldn't melt while waiting at the resort! Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone I know! Great job Garden Grocer! A lot of businesses could learn a lot from you!!!!

We love Garden Grocer! All groceries were delivered promptly and saved us time. When there was a problem with the order (the doughnuts were open) they corrected it (brought some new ones). The Christmas tree that they delivered for us was so beautiful we had to bring it home. We will be using this company in the future. .
