- How are my groceries packaged? Groceries are methodically packaged under sanitary conditions with special care given to fresh foods and perishables. Frozen foods are packed into insulated containers that keep frozen foods frozen while kept separate from other packaged goods such as produce.
- Will my cold and frozen items (perishables) be in the same condition when I receive them? YES, we utilize coolers with freezer packs and dry ice when delivering to ensure your perishables are as cold / frozen as they are when they leave our refrigerators and freezers.
- Can I change/cancel certain items after I have finalized my order? We MUST be notified a minimum of 36 hours from your scheduled delivery date & time of any changes to your order by email: info@gardengrocer.com. Since we shop for your items ahead of time, any changes requested within the 36 hours is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Any changes made to your order within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery is subject to a 50% restocking charge.
- How do I add items to my shopping cart? Simply click on the Add to Cart button to add items to your shopping cart from any of our product pages. Your products will automatically be added to the Order Summary box located in the right-hand column.
- Does my hotel/resort store our items for us? Yes, most do. But please contact your resort to make sure that storage services are available.
