- Where do the products we sell come from? We shop for groceries in much the same way YOU would. We use the same reputable grocery suppliers and shop for price, quality... VALUE.
- Is there a minimum order amount and delivery charge? Yes, $40 minimum order on food/drink items with only a $12.00 delivery charge. No charge on orders over $200!
- When should I place my grocery order? We highly recommend 72 hours or more, in advance of when you need your groceries. But 36 hours minimum in advance is required.
- How are my groceries packaged? Groceries are methodically packaged under sanitary conditions with special care given to fresh foods and perishables.
- Will my cold and frozen items (perishables) be in the same condition when I receive them? YES, we utilize coolers with freezer packs and dry ice to ensure your perishables are as cold / frozen as they are when they leave our refrigerators and freezers.
