I placed a large order that was delivered to my cabin at Disney Ft. Wilderness on 2/4. I want to say thank you. Our flight was delayed 7 hours, we were exhausted. When we got to our cabin, there were all of groceries. I especially appreciated the cold items put in the refrigerator. I give garden grocer 5 Stars. Could not have been better. Thank you. I want to thank you for the excellent service you gave us. I ordered groceries to be delivered to Saratoga Springs on Sunday the 5th of September. When we arrived there, the groceries were there and we went to the 'treehouse'. The order was completely filled and the fruit we ordered was very fresh. What a great way to start our vacation.

I confess I was a bit skeptical as this was the first time we did not have a rental car with which to do our own shopping. I'd like to let you and all of the employees know that we were completely satisfied with your service and would highly recommend it to anyone! When we landed (a bit behind schedule) at MCO there was a message on my vm telling me that your driver was on his way with the groceries. While I had given a credit card I was afraid that perhaps they wouldn't be accepted because we hadn't checked in yet. So it was very reassuring to hear a second vm telling us that the groceries had been successfully delivered to bell services. GardenGrocer referral was from a friend who went to Disney last year, her daughter has severe food allergies and they were going to have some food/meals at their resort. I then Googled it, talked to a rep on the phone (who was amazingly helpful, etc.) and later on my own placed our food online. Let me tell you, I asked for delivery between 1 and 3 b/c I wasn't sure when our room would be ready, but knew the hotel would hold in fridge/freezer...and at 1:00 we got a text msg confirming delivery --I was really impressed with that. All the food was just as we asked, fresh, not squashed (bread), etc. it was VERY NICE

Trips2Florida I found while googling trying to find availability for the Bay Lake Towers next August 2011 trip. I wasn't able to book it via the Disney website and thought maybe it was full because of DVC members...

I just wanted to take a few minutes to share my opinion of the service I received from your company. I am someone who feels there is importance to speak up when service is not good, but I am also just as eager to do the same when service is good.
I never used your grocery service up till our vacation a week and a half ago. I did so out of a recommendation I read on line. I was so nervous and skeptical about it, but I did it anyway. When we got to the resort on Disney property, I can not tell you how nice it was to have everything we needed for that night already waiting. I had a checklist I brought from home and it was all in there. The Disney company also does a wonderful service by keeping the cold items refrigerated until you check into the hotel. For us, that was about 11pm. We were so tired from our traveling with two children. I just wanted the milk for the baby and things set for our adventures into the Disney parks the next morning. I was so tickled that there was a place to get grocery's ordered ahead of our vacation. I told a bunch of people at Disney about you when I was there. We have decided to make you a part of every Disney trip we take. I have a few friends asking me to help them plan their Disney trip for next summer. I plan to tell them they have no choice but to use you. The 12 dollar charge for the service fit right into our budget. If it was more expensive like one other business I found similar to yours, I would not have done it. It would have been just as cheap to get a cab to the store down the street. Your price is fair, and is what made me decide to use your service. We decided not to rent a car now that Disney offers free shuttle to and from the airport. Your business made it possible not to have to go out for anything. It all came to us!
I appreciate you building a type of business designed to help people like us. I know you have far more types of situations you cater to, but this is the only one I can speak from. I hear others speak only good things about your service so far, and I am now joining the shouts of approval. Good job to your company. I hope it continues to grow and prosper. A word of advice if it does though, just don't forget how important word of mouth is. I would never have known about you or used you if it wasn't for the positive remarks I was hearing time and time again on line. One sour remark could have shaken my nerve to use your service the first time. Good words went a long way with my choice to use you.
