- What specific information do you need from me? We must have a street address (no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) for a perishable foods delivery. Recipient phone number is required on all orders. Important details about delivery should be noted at the time of purchase.
- Do I need to be present during the scheduled two hour delivery time? For home deliveries - Yes. If you are on vacation, you may not need to be present for delivery. Many resorts allow us to deliver your order to the bell service stand where they provide refrigeration for your perishable items. Please check with our knowledgeable customer service personnel if you have questions - 866-855-4350.
- Is there a minimum order amount and delivery charge? Yes, $40 minimum order for products listed on our website with only a $12.00 delivery charge. No delivery charge for deliveries of over $200 of products listed on our website.

- When should I place my grocery order? 36 hours is the minimum of advance notice required however sometimes our delivery slots for certain days fill up prior to that, so please place your order as far in advance as possible.
